It includes a boat slip for up to a 24 ft boat, Water Trampoline, Lilly Pad, Whale Tales, Floaties, Kayaks, Stand Up Paddle Boards, plus Tubes with Ropes to pull behind your boat. While your hanging out at the dock you will enjoy the Full Size Fridge, comfortable outdoor furniture and stereo system with Bluetooth to play your tunes. Before you get to the dock you will find an amazing home and cabin. Together they combine for over 6100 sq. ft of living space with tons of windows and gorgeous views. Large decks to relax on. Spacious Premium Kitchen with huge island that includes a Beverage Center & Ice Machine which makes it great for entertaining. In the Lake house there are Two Master Bedrooms with King Beds and Private Baths. Two Queen Rooms, one with Full bunks and a Bunk Room with 4 Queen beds that sleeps 8. While in the cabin you will find two private suites. The Upper Cabin Suite is a Queen Studio with Full Kitchen, Pvt Bath, and Living area that includes a Queen Murphy Bed. The Lower Cabin Suite has 2 Queen Beds, Pvt Bath, Couch, Coffee Bar, Mini Fridge & Microwave. You will enjoy the Fire Pit Area with the lake as a backdrop.
