“Great Lake view. Very clean and stocked well.”

“Loved that we were so close to the water and the lake view. It was a very peaceful environment. We meet the neighbors across the street and they were an absolute pleasure and enjoyed visiting with them. They were very helpful as this was our first trip to that area. I brought my husband here for a fishing trip for his birthday and it was convenient to have a boat ramp so close. We found everything we needed in the home as it was comfortable and well equipted. Thank you so much for our weekend……

“We would definitely stay here again! We loved the four-seasons room off the living room. We had coffee in the morning out there and relaxed in the evening listening to the night sounds. The bed was extremely comfortable as well as the other seating arrangements. The house was equipped with all the amenities of home. It was clean and decorated nicely. The neighborhood was quiet and kept up. This was easy access to Bentonville. We would highly recommend the restaurant "The Table At The Hickory……

“One of the bedrooms had hard beds, but the rest of the rooms were great. The house was warm, but the temperature outside was over 100 which counted for air conditioner working hard. Over all we had a great time staying in the house and the owner was easy to get hold of if we needed anything. 4.7 out of 5”

“We had a wonderful time at this property. We brought our boat so having the dock was a huge plus. The lift is set up for a pontoon. The home was clean and well stocked with anything you might need. The use of the lily pad was a huge win for thr kids. They had a blast swimming right by the dock. The fishing off of the dock is great too. We caught catfish,perch and bass. We would definitely stay again.”

“If you’re looking for a place to stay on Grand Lake this is your place. The house was just as described, even better. You’re within 5 minutes of everything, restaurants, shopping, fishing, etc. A huge Marina in walking distance of the house. You can see the lake from the back deck. The Host was very accommodating and very easy to communicate with. I would recommend staying at this house.”

“We really enjoyed this home! It was peaceful and we wished the weather was better in order to enjoy the lake- maybe next time. The only item I wished we had known is that the 5th bed is actually the day bed trundle. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked and we had no issue making meals. Overall we had a great time, access was very easy, and we will likely be back!”

“Overall we had a great time! We did not use the lake area but there was a lot of construction debris including boards with exposed nails that could have been a hazard. The driveway was very steep. We were disappointed that the big screen tvs were not connected to any cable services as we had hoped to enjoy some Sunday football games. We especially enjoyed the lake views from the enclosed sunroom.”

“John and Dee have a wonderful place. Both the outside and inside are very well kept and stocked with everything that we needed for our weekend stay. The location was great with being right by the lake, just outside of town, and in a quiet neighborhood. All of us that stayed there would definitely stay here again.”
