「I stayed at this mountain retreat for 2 days with 4 other family members. Directions to get there were accurate. The host communicated with us well and sent all instructions we needed The place was clean, cozy and comfortable. There were deer that visited in the backyard each morning and were delightful to see. I would love to stay here again if I visit. 」

「Upon arrival the property had not been cleaned after the previous guest had stayed there, and no one was available to come clean it and was not able to get a hold of cleaning staff at all. Our first night was spent doing laundry and cleaning. We were not satisfied with the fact that the only thing management would do was refund the cleaning fee, but we felt that was not sufficient considering we lost a whole evening of our vacation」

「柜台办入住手续的员工非常非常优秀！餐厅的员工非常的差，特别是，早餐的员工服务态度非常差！带着墨镜，我不知道餐厅的工作人员可以戴墨镜上班！还有就是客房提供的被褥太薄了！好像也没有特别提示，在经过所有住宿区的范围里面说话尽量小声一点，非常重要！」

「The parking was easy, and it was only a 10 minute drive to the mountain. Having a restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner was very convenient!」
