"We recently enjoyed a week on Amelia Island and stayed in this very nice 4th floor renovated condo. It was spacious and quiet with an awesome view of the beach and ocean and one of the nicer condos we have stayed in at Surf and Racquet. Just a short walk to the beach which was never crowded. The condo owner was very prompt in answering emails and seemed genuinely concerned that we were comfortable and had everything we needed during our stay. A good week of R&R!"

"The property was exactly as described. It was clean and had a million dollar view. We were very pleased with everything. The only problem was the elevator. Only one worked for the entire visit. Really inconvenient, as it is a large property and we were on the sixth floor. Otherwise, I would recommend this property."

The property is well kept and pool, fishing pier, and tennis courts were immaculate. It is an older property but the view from the living room cannot be beat. We hope to come back!"

"We took a short trip to SSI to enjoy the weather and less crowds this time of year. This condo fit our needs perfectly. Squeaky clean and beautiful view of lake. It's decorated nicely. If you happen to forget something, Dave more than likely has it covered! The owner was very prompt in responding if we had a question. Quick drive to beach, pier, restaurants and shops. I wouldn't hesitate at all to book this gem in the future!!"
