El tema , es que los datos de contacto no están actualizados , el reconocimiento facial para entrar nunca funcionó . Los dígitos del celular para tener acceso a la entrada tampoco . Y no hay con quien comunicarte . Después de 2 horas y por intervención de una chava que trabaja ahí . Nos contactaron para darnos claves nuevas y poder accesar . TERRIBLE

Excelente atención por parte de la administración

Desafortunadamente, por temas ajenos a la propiedad, hubo un problema con el agua y decidi no quedarme pero me ofrecieron otra unidad muy similar a la que había reeservado en otro complejo a 4 minutos de distancia. Son departamentos pequeños con todas las comodidades.

El departamento está bien , tal como se mira en las fotos , la limpieza no está muy buena , encontré una toallita húmeda sucia en un cajón , el microondas sucio , no había toallas de ningún tipo , después pedí y melas llevaron , pero no hay toallas para las manos ni de papel ni de tela, la lavandería es costó extra de 75 pesos por lavada y 75 pesos por secar , cada carga de ropa , la administradora no es accesible le pedí que me ayudara a agregar una noche más que no quiso que tenía que hacerlo desde el app y pues me salía muy caro pues yo me quedé 8 noches y ak querer reverbar otra ves me cobrará la aplicación todos los fees como si fuera solo por una noche .
