"The staff are great "

"The front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was great, something for everyone! Complimentary Papa John's pizza each evening in the lobby was a very nice surprise! Rooms were clean, no complaints at all! After check out, I did notice on my invoice that they charged us for parking each evening even though we did not have a car. I called the front desk and they agreed to remove those charges. Certainly would choose this hotel again."

"While the resort itself is awesome with good and friendly staff, the state of the shower in our room was the worst I've ever seen. Mold in every single corner that could have at least been partially removed with a wipe. I was certain I would have been able to remove some of it with a swipe of a towel (which, I did not, because that's gross). For nearly $400 a night, this is unacceptable. It was also very difficult to locate areas where we could fill our water bottles, which is a necessity in the heat. I know people are coming mainly for the resort itself, but the quality of the stay could be significantly improved. "

"Fantastic 5-star stay with ONLY one exception -- the water pressure in the shower was adequate, but just barely. That truly was the only thing I'd rate at less than 5 stars. Comfortable beds, clean room and property, great hot breakfast, and super friendly and helpful staff (especially Tabitha!)."

"the room was cleaned to best of it's ability considering the mattress had old stains. The bedding was old and worn. Breakfast was good. The entry of the hotel was terribly dirty always. The staff was great"
