"Our stay was truly exceptional from beginning to end. The property was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate all ten of us, yet it never felt anything less than warm and inviting. The spectacular ocean views from every room were simply breathtaking, and the constant ocean breezes kept the house wonderfully comfortable throughout the day. It was the perfect setting to relax, unwind, and enjoy time together.What made the experience even more special was the outstanding care we received during our stay. Our on-site staff member was incredibly helpful, attentive, and responsive. She kept the house immaculate, took care of our laundry, and prepared delicious, generous meals that made our stay feel effortless. Everything was fresh, plentiful, and beautifully prepared. And her thoughtfully crafted drinks were the perfect finishing touch after a day of enjoying the surroundings.Our host was equally exceptional. From the moment we booked until the moment we departed, she was responsive, accommodating, and genuinely committed to making sure we had a wonderful experience.All in all, this was more than just a beautiful place to stay—it was a truly memorable getaway. The combination of the breathtaking setting, comfortable home, wonderful hospitality, and exceptional care made it easy to feel completely at home. "We truly enjoyed our time at Villa Vista. The views are amazing! The house has everything you need to relax and enjoy beautiful St. Maarten. The host DM is so helpful and has the best recommendations for restaurants and activities. We will never forget our time here and how DM went above and beyond to help us celebrate a special birthday milestone for my mom. Thanks again and looking forward to a return visit someday soon."

"This resort is good location to see both Dutch & French side. Must have a rental. The view and infinity pool is the best. Best ocean breeze ever! Sun tanning is nice and hot tub. Helpful to have laundry facilities onsite as I don't like travel back with soil garments. The private and public boats wasn't available although Cap Alan was very pleasant in sharing his schedule. The showers is small but nice kitchen area for quick food and warm up meals. The Verdana market is helpful just no breeze and lots of seaweed. The coffee is 9/10 yet their food 6/10. The breakfast coupons are nice. The last thing no international or local music available for Friday or Saturday (just enough entertainment when you don't want to travel 15-30 mins in the local areas. Parking is tight. There's a sewage marina smell so stay away from the area closets go the market area. We were gifted a bottle of red wine at check in yet check out wasn't so pleasant . I think I would stay again if I Simpson bay was sold out. Or to have access to their 24/7 infinity pool"

"I’ve stayed at multiple residences (vacation rental) in multiple countries over the years. By far this was the best experience with a host I’ve had. Chris was very responsive, professional, and accommodating. Communication was beyond expectation.The house was immaculate and tastefully decorated. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Everything you need was available and there is an extra refrigerator/freezer which is great for a large group.The location was private and secure. The beach was easily accessible but if you’re looking for swimming in the sea this area was too rough for us. Listening to the waves crashing was heavenly. We were not able to get in the water, but there are beautiful calm beaches close by. Having the salt air while swimming in the pool and watching the gorgeous sunrise from the patio was perfect. This place and the host are highly recommended!"

"The property is located right on the water! It is Atlantic side, so the water is very rough. The beach pictured was absolutely covered in seaweed. It smelled awful. We did not spend time at the beach within walking distance. The property was difficult to find. The GPS did not take us to the right location. Roads are not clearly marked, and the property is not clearly marked. We knew we found the property when the door code worked. The linens were provided (even beach towels). The road up to the property is has some pot holes, we should have requested a taller rental car. There were ants inside in the living room and kitchen, but they weren’t biting ants. The pool outside is beautiful and clean, we swam there daily in the evenings. The local island dogs would come visit for attention (watch your shoes and glasses)! Otherwise it was perfectly adequate and we would stay there again."

"The condo was perfect! Beautiful decor, clean, comfortable beds, and the best view possible. I never wanted to leave. The pool was never crowded and sat at the edge of a cliff with a view to die for. Would recommend to anyone looking for a high end, spacious rental."

"Everything on this property was fantastic!!! Chris was an amazing host and was so responsive and helpful! We had the best time in the pool and playing games listening to the ocean breeze! Couldn’t have asked for a better place! Thoroughly enjoyed our trip!"
