"The overall living standard & hotel facilities are above average. All the staff including the doorman,duty manager and housekeeper are very enthusiastic & willing to offer assistance. Just that the mattress of the room is too soft which affects our sleeping quality. Fortunately, the housekeeper help to lay out a hard mat over the bed so that we can sleep well.
In addition, the breakfast is great & delicious with most of the local favorite.
Will come again next time."
"Everything is good. The hotel is not a new one but condition is excellent. All staff are friendly and helpful except for restaurant service. Waitress telling us the closing time of breakfast was rather blunt and cold. Breakfast area was also not as good as before, like, no one attending to out of order coffee machines and empty food platter. If this is addressed it would be perfect."
"The service is good, they give the items such as hand cream and water to me. But when I book a car, it is 7:20 am but I want to amend earlier to 6:45 am the concierge said would help me ask but send me to breakfast, and said it’s hard to amend that the driver maybe have other order. Which is very unlikely of this time as 6:45-7:20 is very early in the morning and surrounding are all hotels and airport area, not much people needed one. The taxi driver also said he just live nearby. but when I ask the driver he said they didn’t ask and if they have he would have come earlier. Which I feel bit sorry that they said they would have done ot but didn’t in the end."
