House with 4 bedrooms, two double suites and two bedrooms with two single beds each and a bathroom between them. Suites have balconies and all rooms are air conditioned. The play area features a waterfall pool, a shallow end for children (the pool is cleaned throughout the stay at no cost to guests), barbecue, furnished "L" verandah, gated community with security guards on round shifts periodically, gatehouse with guardhouse and all its extension surrounded by walls. In the condominium administration there is a games room, a soccer court, wifi, bicycle rental service, playground, restrooms and showers in front. The condominium concierge is 500 meters from Pernambuco Beach, one of the best beaches in Guarujá. The Jardim Pernambuco II condominium is small and quiet and the house is the last one on 4th Street, which guarantees guests a comfortable and very private stay. The streets are clean and tree lined, with a wooded entrance next to the house.
The pool leisure area and front suite overlook mountains and Atlantic rainforest. The beach of Pernambuco has tents with chair and umbrella service, which avoids the worry or need to take any structure to stay on the beach, besides being a beautiful beach, surrounded by mountains and very well frequented. The house is very suitable for family celebrations. Children and pets are always welcome.
