"Arrived to find that the booked room (double) was not available, though it was offered the following day, and also impolite unreasonable pressure put on me to vacate my room well before the contracted check out time because "someone else wants the room". Basic accommodation. Premium bedding??? Okay for a short stay, but expensive for what it is and I found better value elsewhere."

Most of the amenities advertised with the room where not in room including towels fridge utensil microwave dining area etc Management ignored all forms of communcation to rectify via myself and Expedia . Would not recommend this property. I am still waiting for a refund which Expedia is organsing as this was a terrible experience and introduction to Djerba and its people. property communucation"

"Attention a l'escroquerie. Chambre payée a l'avance, mais la reception incroyablement souriante lol me demande un reglement de la totalité du sejour. Apres nos 3 nuits ils nous reclament toujours le règlement, et comme par magie apres avoir haussé le ton et fait comprendre notre colère, nous ne devions plus rien. L'hôtel est mal entretenu, pas tres propre, et pourtant il y a du potentiel."

"Jag blev väldigt besviken på mitt besök på Yadis Djerba Thalasso. Redan vid incheckningen möttes jag av ett mycket dåligt bemötande i receptionen – personalen var otrevlig, nonchalant och verkade inte alls intresserad av att hjälpa till. Ingen välkomnande känsla överhuvudtaget, vilket satte tonen för resten av vistelsen. Jag hade förväntat mig en helt annan standard och service. Rekommenderas tyvärr inte. "

"Tout était depuis notre arrivée jusqu'à notre départ anticipé tellement c'était insupportable !!! C'est une réelle arnaque! Ce n'est certainement pas un 4 étoiles il n'en mérite aucune!!! En vrac: 1 seule serviette pour 2 jours, fuite d'eau dans la sdb, climatiseur qui marchait pas dans 1 des chambres, fourmis dans 2 chambres, robinettrie vieillotte et rouillée, piscine très petite et très sale, petit-déjeuner servi individuellement au compte goutte sur un plateau en plastique vieillot et la...
