“The cabin was fabulous, even more so being someone that loves history. It was rustic but with all the modern amenities blended beautifully together. The location is perfect for getting away from the "day-to-day". Sitting on the porches and listening to nothing but nature was quite relaxing. The property has plenty of areas to walk and a pond for swimming, boating, and fishing (catch and release). There are lots of things to do within a 20-30min drive (wineries, shopping, history, and more).……

The privacy and quiet made for a peaceful and relaxing weekend for me and my wife.“Off the grid” might sound like roughing it, but we found that wasn’t the case at all. There’s really nice lighting throughout, a mini fridge, and plenty of outlets. The AC kept everything cool and comfortable even on a hot day. Not having cell service or WiFi ended up being one of our favorite parts as it gave us a chance to unplug and just be present with……
