“Extremely lucky to have chosen to stay at Renesans Hotel. The staff were all very polite, helpful and attentive. Spoke very good English too even when. We arrived after a delayed flight. “I went there with my brother and we both loved it. Stunning property, wonderful atmosphere and great location - it's so easy to get around from there whether you feel like walking or just taking Uber. The place around the property was also beautiful offering marvellous views. Staff was very friendly and not to mention the food... DELICIOUS. “The room and spa facilities were absolutely fantastic! It’s a 5 min walk from the train station so easy to get to. There is a great restaurant about 50m away. The rooms are modern but have a chalet/cabin vibe and the views of the mountain were fantastic! We even had a decorated Christmas tree in our room when we arrived which was a great touch. The spa facilities were also brilliant. Sitting out in the hot tub surrounded by the snow was amazing!”

“I loved my stay at Villa 11. It is beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable and everything is done to a high quality.
