「Extremely lucky to have chosen to stay at Renesans Hotel. The staff were all very polite, helpful and attentive. Spoke very good English too even when. We arrived after a delayed flight. Very well appointed bedroom. Absolutely sparkling clean. Great size. Well appointed. Nice view to mountains too. Breakfast was a great variety of good quality food. Tradition/international options. All round winner! 」

「Great small hotel, with amazing helpful service from the staff , breakfast area and breakfast buffet is small but they give you warm breakfast options which is fantastic, the room was alright size with very comfortable cosy bed with good size bathroom and shower. Few things to know: Hotel location is 30min walk from city centre on the hill, if you want to change your towels you get charge, if you want to take anything food from breakfast for later you get charge. So it’s worth reading small...

「The front desk is very friendly and the dining experience (dinner) is awesome. After a whole-day hiking, it was great to relax yourself using their jacuzzi downstairs. They also have a swimming pool and a sauna room. I enjoyed my time there.」

「Willa Jan is very clean and quiet and the breakfast buffet was lovely. We really enjoyed the sauna as well! The only drawback is the location—it is not walkable into town and there are no dinner options that don’t require a taxi or uber ride. When requesting a mountain view, ask for a higher floor as the lower floors have mainly views of the neighboring villas with mountains peeping through. Overall nice stay!」

「Die Willa ist hervorragend, frisch renoviert mit kostenlosen Parkplätzen und gutem Frühstück. Das einzige negative ist der Service. Es war jeden Tag jemand anders an der Rezeption, wenn sie mal besetzt war und abends war niemand mehr zu erreichen. Leider fehlte auf Expedia auch die Information, dass man bei der Ankunft 500 PLN als Kaution Bar hinterlegen muss. Man sollte also genug Bargeld haben.」
