“Room was very clean. Staff was very helpful.”

“The staff was super friendly and helpful. I asked for a room that faced Lookout Mountain. They gave me exactly what I asked for unfortunately, due to the humity the windows were fogged up quite a bit and it was hard to see out very well. That being said, due to the location, the parking lot has a great view of lookout mountain. It was funny how everyone just arrived and would stand out in the parking lot to enjoy the view. “The hotel is very close to scenic spots, making it convenient to visit places like Ruby Falls. As it is a pet-friendly hotel, the hygiene conditions may not be maintained. During our stay, the hotel experienced a power outage in the afternoon for a long time, which greatly affected our accommodation experience. When booking the room, the hotel indicated the availability of electric vehicle charging stations, but upon arrival, we found that there were none. The hotel breakfast was very good.The……

“Floors were gross. Bathroom ceiling covered in mold. Very noisy AC. Chairs and couch very dirty. Couldn’t get my money back so I had to stick it out. Soon as my stay was up I went to another hotel.”

“Rating is a C+ Biggest problem- Poison Ivy on the parking lot islands. It’s growing between the landscaping rocks. I overheard another guest in the lot trying to pull her dog away from it and was shocked when I walked around to the front of my car and saw just how spread out it was. The room itself was updated, very clean and comfortable. The hotel lobby was nice. The man at the desk was nice when I checked in and out. The shower seriously lacked pressure which may have to do with its……

“The property is absolutely beautiful. The lawns are groomed and the flowers are unbelievable. The staff were wonderful. Office recommended an excellent restaurant and even gave us a coupon to use. The office had coffee, lemonade, and cookies. Breakfast was great. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable. Great pool. Location is right next to Covenant College and literally across the street from a fantastic tourist site .. Rock City. I could keep typing ....”

“On the night of our stay, the fire alarm continued going ON and OFF (~ 10 times) between 11 pm and midnight creating an uncertain environment for all. The fire alarm was so loud that I was worried about hearing loss for kids. The communication from management and fire department was inadequate. I was surprised that the hotel didn't offer any compensation for this inconvenience. Apart from this incident, the stay was okay.”
