It was clean and the rental company was great at communicating via the VRBO app.If you read reviews more closely than you read listings, you need an all-wheel or 4-wheel drive vehicle to make it up the driveway!!! My car didn't make it but luckily my parents' did.」

「Very nice cabin and owner communication was great. I would stay her again and recommend it to anyone. One thing to note, if you are coming by boat, and plan on using the boat pier to keep your boat, the water is very shallow and the water level goes up and down. 」

「Check in was simple! Pool was ice cold. There is no oven in the house. House was clean. Deck does have a few mushy places that need to be repaired. Overall wonderful stay!」

「Cabin and property are beautiful, quiet and very clean. Bed is very comfortable. Plenty of towels and kitchen amenities. Views are absolutely amazing.Owner was easily accessible and accommodating.Can’t wait to return. 」

「Location is close enough to be able to drive to downtown Chattanooga within just a few minutes, but far enough away that you don’t have to deal with as much noise or parking nightmare. As a family of seven, getting accommodations at a hotel is usually a logistical and financial nightmare. This place was perfect for us! House had everything we needed and nothing we didn’t. Owner was quick to respond to questions and communicated very well. Highly recommended 」

「We had a wonderful and comfortable stay. The view of the mountain ranges was beautiful as advertised. Dave was a great host and would love to stay again if we are in the area.」

「We spent a week at Thatcher Mill House and thoroughly enjoyed it. The house is very cozy and has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Tammy Hass, our host, was very friendly, and the Thatcher Mill house was just as lovely as she was. She certainly thought of everything to make our stay at the house pleasant. 「This treehouse is tucked away in the shade along the edge of a beautiful stretch of walnut trees. Quiet and peaceful. Plenty of room for 2 people, and has a great layout that is bigger in person.We spent our days hiking nearby and the evenings watching the lightning bugs. They have the sweetest barn cat we met by the silo. We hope to stay again!」

「I wanted to fons a secluded and relaxing escape for the weekend. We traveled in for a triathlon in Chattanooga, and this cabin was perfect! I felt so at peace. It was very clean and Rachel was super responsive. There was no cell service, which was fine for us. The wifi worked great.」
