Gujan-Mestras: Modern, beautiful, comfortable villa "Plein Air". 3 km from the centre of Gujan-Mestras, 9 km from the centre of Arcachon, 55 km from the centre of Bordeaux, in the residential district, 150 m from the sea, 850 m from the beach, direct access to the lagoon, in a cul-de-sac. Private: well-kept garden 500 m2 (fenced), swimming pool heated (depth 20 - 145 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.) with internal staircase, shutter cover and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Pool house with fridge, shower, WC and cooking stove, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: hot tub. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. E-charging station. Amazing stay at the property. Bruno was quick to help out with any issues. Prior to our stay - I did email a couple of times but didn’t get a reply - but all good in the end. We did have an issue with the aircon which was fixed after a couple of days. Would be nice for aircon in the living room as did get rather warm. But apart from that - a great stay! Close to the coastal path via a secret gate, 10mins walk to the station. Perfect!
