“My 9-night reservation was made 2-3"days before my scheduledarrival. I notified the property that I would arrive around 12:30 p.m. after an international flight; nobody replied. On arrival, I learned the property is a condo plaza with different administrators. There was nowhere to leave luggage, and the administrator initially did not respond through Hotels.com. I was eventually allowed to check in at 1:15 p.m. and requested a 2 p.m. checkout. I was then charged a 3% credit-card surcharge that……

“Our host was very timely with communication before and during our trip. The property is in a nice location close to public transportation and necessities. We felt safe walking to GoMart and taking the bus to the tourist spots. The property does not have a washer and dryer onsite but we were offered laundry service. Also, this might be an American thing but there is a cooktop not an oven. The beach front has a lot of glass, highly recommend water shoes. We did utilize the chef for most of our……
