「This was my second time staying at The Latch Inn. It has a lovely setting by the marina. The rooms are very majestic. The staff is very polite and oh so helpful. The breakfast dining room is lovely and the food was perfect. The only thing I would comment on is that there was a slight smell of gas coming from the fireplace in the dining hall which my husband reported to the staff and another guest also reported the smell that had been coming from their fireplace in their suite. 「Very accommodating to early check in request. A very cosy little cottage just a tiny bit on the small side. Two suitcases - not a lot of space to have them both open. Very clean, great area - peaceful and beautiful grounds - views were lovely. Would def stay there again if in Victoria. Was not able to take advantage of the breakfast unfortunately, but the menu looked delicious!」

「The room was clean and well designed as it is a new hotel. The only problem they have start up problems. Firstly I had to turn the main electrical breaker on as the power had been turned off to the room. We did not have the room serviced for three of the days although they did provide us wwith clean towels when asked. It is well suited for long term stay. I have been a Marriiott member for many years. 」
