“This home was just what the doctor ordered. A Pottery Barn inspired decor, sparkling clean, well appointed residence! It has every convenience you could ask for including 2 coffee makers, a blender, washer/dryer, TV's in every room, etc. Easy walk to the beach or pool. A wonderful large screened in porch. “Super cute almost like a doll house. Awesome location. Clean,no bugs. Not recommended for tall people at all. We not super tall but I’m 5 8 and my husband and boys are 5 9 and 6 foot. We did keep hitting our heads on the ceiling because of the slant. I didn’t give it 5 stars because one it says sleeps 6 I don’t think if we had 6 people we would all fit and we almost did.And it’s pet friendly which was why we chose it there is nowhere to walk the dogs. “We stayed in cabin 6 for a week. Management was very helpful. The cabin had everything we needed. Very comfortable bed and the 2 baths were definitely a plus. Great location. Within walking distance to everything. We did rent a golf cart and parking was never a problem. We are planning our next trip and will stay here again.”

“This was the asolute perfect location! Easy quick walk to the beach and main street. Although small, it didn't feel tight. The living area was very comfortable for the two of us and the kitchen was adequate for our needs. The lighting was very good, and lots of windows for daytime lighting. There was enough storage for our clothes for a week and the bathroom, though not large, was perfectly fine. The only thing we wished would have been better was storage for our luggage. We only had 2 carry on……

“This cottage is wonderfully located on Clearwater Beach. Near restaurants and shopping. There is a wonderful state park near by. The grounds are nicely landscaped, very quiet and an easy place to sit and read.”

“Our family had an amazing Easter weekend at this wonderful house. The location is perfect! It’s located in the middle of everything and only 5 min walk to the most beautiful beach. The community heated pool is also across the street. The house size was perfect four our family of four. The kitchen and living room area are small but you have all the wonderful restaurants within 2 min walk. No need to cook. The assigned garage is small and does not fit a large SUV but they have plenty of street……

“My husband and I had a wonderful time in Rosemary Beach. We loved our little Cottage house, comfy, clean and cozy just like the pictures and the location was perfect. Having two bikes was also great, we could ride to the fitness center and all the community pools, which we loved. We would rent this property, or the main house again! The only improvements we would suggest are (1) the bed in the cottage house could be replaced. (2) It would be nice to have two beach chairs at the house so that……

“Great home for my family. Roomy and clean. My teens loved riding their bikes up and down 30A, but it was a little nerve wracking for me as a Mom with the kids crossing 98 to get to 30A. That was the only negative to the location. BUT once the underground tunnel is built it should solve this problem. Also, road noise from the master bedroom was certainly noticeable. I slept with the bathroom fan on and it was no problem for me. Otherwise, all good.”
