「Great, clean and updated place in the middle of town. Perfect for two. There is everything one needs. Suggestion for improvement: Water in the shower was not warm, more hooks to hang towels would be nice.」

「We loved this place and it was perfect for our stay! Comfortably fit 11 adults for the weekend. The kitchen was big and well stocked with the basics, extra blankets and pillows, and the complimentary beach towels were a great surprise! The walk to the beach was quick and easy across the road and down the boardwalk and it was so nice to be able to offload our things in the carport rather than hauling up and down an elevator as would in a condo. Speaking of carport, plenty of room under the house...

「The place was extremely clean, the host was extremely responsive, respectful, and professional! Would definitely book again if we needed a place to stay!!」

「Loved almost every minute of our stay. Finding the place was a bit ruff. Had to re-read the text over and over on where it was located exactly. The number 1330 was on the fence gate, but no 1330_02 on a room door. The grammar was a bit off also. But we still loved it all even after that. Thank you」

「My husband and I had a wonderful time staying here to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary! Close drive to the beach and restaurants. Far enough away from Pier Park so you don’t have to fight traffic. We found a spot at the beach where most days there were only a handful of people (less than a mile from cottage). We had no problems with check in and it was a very quiet area. We would definitely visit again!!! 」

「Great property and location. Close to convenience store - which makes excellent deli sandwiches and coffee. Across the street acoustic guitar and some evenings. A block or two from Duval - yet quiet. Will stay again !!!」
