“I stay at the suites (Luxury Condo), which is very comfortable and have more space for us to spend, just like at home, everything seems very good. Good service, only one thing that we are not that happy is the suites building is a bit far away from the main building. And the swimming pool, food court, spa….etc are all in the main building, we need to take the golf cart to the main building, which is a little bit inconvenient for us. Other than that, everything is okay for us. I would……

“It was disgusting there was no parking they told us to park a block and a half to two blocks away and walk back to the motel there was a rat in the parking garage of the motel there was no room for our luggage to fit in the elevator to ride up on a luggage cart we left and they didn't reimburse our money we are still fighting with Expedia to get our money back but nobody's cooperating we went and stayed somewhere else so we're out $700. I would think twice about using Expedia and definitely……

“Our AC made a horrible noise all night and then at 6:30am it went out making an even louder noise. When we were checking out the lady at the front desk was rude and not sympathetic about what we just experienced and my family got no sleep. Building was nice, I believe it’s new and for being newer shouldn’t have the problems we experienced”

“HIDDEN TREASURE! Love this place, it's our new Tampa area hotel. It was our 25th anniversary, the staff went out of their way to make it special. For an extra fee of course, they outfitted our room with extra amenities. Love it , love it, LOVE IT! If I could give it 10 stars I would.”
