Owner was rude . The Cleanliness of the property was lacking. Sand on couch . Red liquid in refrigerator bottom . Microwave needs replacing or cleaned .

Clean with great location
We had a great stay & would stay here again. The location is great for the beach access, restaurants, & shops. We enjoyed not having to drive until it was time to go home. Everything was clean & the bed was comfortable.

Location is Great
Location is GREAT. Everything you need is in walking distance. We stayed the weekend and only used our car once and that was because we wanted to eat dinner in orange beach. Communication was a little slow but I really didn't need anything once I read the ENTIRE check in message the owner sent me. Would definitely stay here again. Once negative thing is the TV in bed room only has apps no local channels to watch football game lol

Gulf Shores vacation
Stayed a week; went to beach and to restaurants to have fresh seafood. Sone of the our favorites include Steamers, Luna’s. Enjoyed Tanger outlet mall and the wharf. We will be back. Thanks for allowing us to rent your duplex.

We loved how close this house is to the beach! You don’t have to worry about beach parking because it’s just a couple blocks away. We walked to the beach every morning, and we walked to a few restaurants in the evenings!

Great Location!!
Location, location, location. Can't ask for better location!! Short walk to the beach, a couple of blocks to the heart of Gulf Shores-The Hangout, shops and restaurants...etc. The place is very clean and comfortable. All the stuff we used were in good working order. We didn't cook or use the washer and dryer so I can't comment on those. Owner/manager was quick to respond when we have questions. Overall a very pleasant stay!!

Great vacation
We loved staying here, it had everything we needed! We loved that the house was stocked with books, magazines, games, and puzzles, so on downtime we had something to do while watching TV. The outside shower was an awesome bonus! We love the location, it was down the road from a dollar general and very close to the beach. We wanted to stay in a place that was more in a neighborhood as supposed to a condo. We didnt want to be in the middle of the crazy or busy with alot of people or traffic. The beds were really comfortable and we slept very well the whole time we stayed. There was plenty of extra blankets if needed. The only thing I can think of that could possibly be added is maybe a small skillet, because there was 2 bigger ones. But really that's not a big deal, its depended on what people prefer. And we spent 6$ at the dollar general and bought a new one that we brought home and can take with us on our next trip, The kitchen was very well stocked with all you need to cook with. We actually expected to have less so it was nice how much was in the kitchen to use! It made it feel like home away from home. The little bissell that was by the washer and dryer was great for picking up sand that we dragged in from the beach. We really found this property to be perfect for my family of 4 and we are trying to plan another trip to Gulf Shores, AL and planning to return back to this same rental, (hopefully yearly at least!) The property manager was great and responded with any questions we had even the small silly ones! We look forward to coming back to this property, it really is a gem!

Excellent property and location
Property looked exactly as listed. It is in a fabulous location with beach access right across the street. It is walking distance to the Hangout, restaurants, golf, and beach. The beds were very comfortable and the property was clean.

Communication was clear and timely. Easy check in and out. Beds are comfy. Supplies are minimal (TP, paper towels) so bring extras. Also, bring a sponge and dish soap.

Amazing Owners and Location
Working with the owner was an absolute joy! She responded back to me fast with any questions that I had. The location is convenient to the stores and restaurants and the beach was a short walk away! 100% would book again!

Our stay started poorly when the wrong door code was transmitted to us. The TV was essentially useless -- you had to be within 4 feet of the TV or the remote would not work and then there was a large fee (i.e. $24 for a movie)for anything you might want to watch. We ultimately ended up using our Netflix account to watch some movies. None of the chairs or sofa were comfortable to sit in for any length of time (you tended to sink out of sight). Every time that you rolled over in the bed it sounded like the bed was going to collapse. Hard to sleep with that thought in mind. You only needed to check under the lip of the stool to get an idea of how well the placed had been cleaned. I believe that in the case of this rental the pictures were less than accurate.

Best communication/instructions ever to start trip. Pulled up to covered parking. Went inside to exceptionally clean place with an awesome king size master bed and pillows. 2 nice bedrooms, entire place is nice. Walk to the beach. Found out you can walk to multiple great restaurants, walk to get ice, multiple souvenir shops. Your own outside shower to rinse off with regular faucet and a "spray" faucet for kegs and feet. Awesome, didn't have to walk in sand that got tracked in. If you drive anywhere it's because you like to drive, not because you need to. 4 day trip left much unseen all in walking distance. We will be back.

Everything we needed in a perfect location
A perfect location between the beach, restaurants, and store. It came stocked with dishes, pots and pans. So we could make our own breakfast and lunches. And we went out for dinners.. Walked to the beach everyday, the kids had a blast while me and the missus relaxed and cought some sun on the sandy beach.

My stay
Only issue I really had was not being able to add a day on the front or back end of my stay and the inability to let me check in early as I was stranded with a family of 5 and a carload of softball gear and luggage. Outside of this, great for the price and convenient location. We enjoyed our time.
