Where highway 59 ends and the fun begins! Check out the Boardwalk Beach Hangout!
Spacious (2100+ sq ft each level) duplex home located in the heart of Gulf Shores. Take a look at the map and see where this amazing property is located. You won't even need a car to get to the best local attractions. Located across the street from the public beach with an unobstructed view of the water. Enoy a great playground and public restrooms directly on the beach. Crossing to the beach is one block with dedicated stop lights for safe crossing. While soaking up this incredible atmosphere you can enjoy 10 restaurants including The Hangout, 3 souvenir shops, 2 ice cream stores, 2 liquor stores and a well-stocked Dollar General...ALL WITHIN 4 BLOCKS! So many fun festivals and sporting events happening year round...RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET!
If you are interested in booking both units (the entire house which includes 6 bed, 6 bath, 4200+ sq ft.), please message directly for availability and special rates.
This level can accommodate up to 10 guests. Very spacious 3BR/3BA with high ceilings, and free WiFi. Parking for 4-6 cars per side available. Outside shower and storage located on ground level.
As you enter the spacious first bedroom, it will include a King-size bed, 50 inch ROKU TV and en suite bathroom with shower/tub combo.
The second bedroom includes a queen & bunk bed with closet for storage. The hall bathroom can be accessed from the second bedroom and hall (perfect for guests using the hall bunk or living room sleeper).
The kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances and plenty of counter space for prepping meals. The bonus laundry room includes a full-sized washer & dryer, counter space and shelving. Wet bar with free standing high capacity ice maker. Kuerig and coffee maker available as well.
Gather in the living room to watch the game on the large 58 Inch TV. YouTube TV service provided in each unit, with all streaming services available on your own personal account (NETFLIX, Amazon Prime, Disney +, etc) and NFL Sunday Ticket for the NFL regular season.
The master bedroom includes a king-sized bed with premium mattress for ultimate comfort & relaxation. The master has an attached en suite bathroom with gorgeous tiled shower with 5 shower heads. The double vanity is large with ample cabinetry for storage plus more space in the adjacent closet.
Great views of the beach and gulf from the private balcony accessible from the living room & master bedroom. E-thermostat allows cooling to 70 degrees.
For guest security, we have installed a security camera at the unit entrance.
