Relaxing Family Trip

We enjoyed our week, staying in this lovely home. There was room for children to play indoors and out, the large dining room table was our favorite place to gather at the end of each day, and the entire beach club property was well-kept and quiet. Since we had a group of eight, we did find that we needed larger pots or pans to cook with at times…. But we were able to make do with what was available. We will definitely stay here again!

Great place!

Cottage 23 was awesome There were 8 of us who stayed and it was great. Because of the rain on some days we didn’t get to utilize much of The Beach Club. We have special needs kids and were disappointed the playground and tennis courts were closed. . We only found out as we gathered the kiddos up and saw the “caution tape “ everywhere when we walked to the playground. It would have been nice to have been told that when we purchased our arm bands and specifically asked about the playground,etc at the complex. KEEP IN MIND: this was not the owner’s of the cottage ‘s fault. No blame on them.? The owner was fantastic texting us several times during our stay making sure things were suitable,etc. We only wish there were some closer restaurants /fast food places suitable for kids… like McDs,Wendy’s,etc. It’s like 13 miles to the closest McDonalds. Our special needs kids have sensory issues (noise ,textures,etc)along with autism and only eat certain foods. I would rent again and recommend Cottage 23.

Great family beach home

This home in The Beach Club was a great spot for our family to escape the Midwest winter. It was spacious and comfortable. These aspects allowed us to keep up some of our daily duties of homeschooling and working while enjoying the beach just a short walk away and local hiking and other activities within driving distance. The walking trails and the ponds with turtles in the resort were a highlight. Our one major disappointment was that the only outdoor heated pool was under renovation while we were there. This was not made known to us beforehand. There was also an significant expense associated with the indoor pool and facilities which we did not find out about until sometime after we booked.

Beach Club 23

The house was very clean, very spacious, and had pretty much everything you need. The club house is within walking distance and you can enjoy the pools or the beach. Wish the "sports bar - hideout" had been open but understand the shortage of staff. There are 3 restaurant options in Fort Morgan otherwise you will need to drive the 11 miles to town for dinner out or groceries. Seems like the majority of neighboring cottages have private pools. That would be a nice option in the future. The walking path around the complex is close by, just keep your eyes out for the occasional alligator.

A much need escape from reality

This company is wonderful. Anytime I visit orange beach in the future I’ll be staying with them. Cottage 23 was great! They always responded to communications . The house was super spacious and accommodated our party (1 couple, 2 friends) everybody had their own space. We could congregate between the kitchen area, living room and sunroom comfortably. They had everything you could’ve asked for in stay plus added items to take to the beach. The resort was so nice. Loved the food truck area and glad that we could utilize amenities during our stay. We came during the holiday weekend and maneuvering the resort was no issue and it was quiet and calm. Thank you for the hospitality!

Amazing!

Cottage 23 has everything you need and more. It was a great place for our family to stay during an pandemic No Elevators and it was nice to have easy access from the car into the cottage. Very roomy and I love that every bedroom had a private bath. We’ll be back for sure.

Great house

Perfect for a our family of 5 stay (or would be great 2-3 couples, each bedroom has an attached bath). Nice amenities at the house - high quality fixtures throughout, 4 LG smart TVs, Sub Zero fridge, Wolf range, a separate ice maker and wine frig, leather living room set. Great location at the Beach Club. No major issues at all, would absolutely consider staying again.

Great family vacation
