Great value

We really enjoyed our stay this week. This unit was a great value for the price we paid. Everything was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and the property itself is beautiful and well maintained. Make sure to notice that the bed is turned so that the second person has to crawl across the first person if you have to get up during the night. This can be seen in the pictures. Also, there is no washer/dryer inside the unit, but there is shared a shared laundry available. This is mentioned in the description. Everything was just as advertised and I would definitely recommend this property.

Nice stay

Overall nice stay. Bathroom and patio chairs could definitely use an upgrade. Internet was very spotty.

Great beach vacation!

Wonderful facility, great ground level location. Will stay again. We had an issue with the entrance code and took over an hour for vacasa to solve, code was not active.

Clean, Perfect Location

The property was exactly as advertised! It was clean and ready for us when we got there. The location was perfect as it was within walking distance to the beach. Definitely a great deal for the price.

Cute Cozy studio

They property itself was cute and cozy. It had a balcony, access to two pools, and about a 2 minute walk to the beach, down a long boardwalk. The beach had access to chair and umbrella rentals, and the room had the basic amenities. The listing said that you get two parking spots per room but this didn’t seem to be monitored or followed. When we got back from dinner we didn’t have a place to park and the guard at the front gate said there was no assigned parking. I found that misleading. It was also impossible to get anyone on the phone from the property management company, and the check-in process with the lock-box wasn’t thoroughly explained. Due to extra cleaning time needed for COVID there was no early check-in or late check-out. Overall it was a great, quick stay and suited our needs.

Rented...Did not stay... unsecured

Drove 6hr to destination and room door was open, bed was messed up like someone was sleeping there, slide door unlock and bag of towels on chair. Inside also smelled like someone was smoking. We left right then and there and stayed at a hotel 20 miles away. NO REFUND...I was recommended by a co-worker but I will not recommend due to this event.

Over all a good stay!

Over all a good stay! The door is very hard to open and close (have to put your hips into it). The condo itself is on the older/smaller side, but nice for a couple or small family. The pullout bed is slanted downward, so it's not too comfy. Also, be aware the owner has not "bought in" for the indoor pool options, so you cannot use them. I was unaware of this; however, the very nice ladies at registration pulled some strings (on the count of the storm and my toddler "needing" some type of water play). The condo is right by one of the smaller outdoors pools, which was also very nice for the little one! I gave this 3 stars due to the property is very nice, clean, and the staff is awesome! We did have an issue with the hot water heater, I called the nice ladies at registration and they had maintenance out there in less than 10 minutes (a breaker had flipped). Over all the stay was good. We had a great last minute family vacation at the always beautiful Gulf Shores!
