Great Location

We love staying at Crystal Towers. The only bad thing I would say is the cleanliness wasn’t perfect, however everything else was perfect.

Spring break

The condo was nice and perfect for us. The pools are not heated except the indoor pool. The countertops in the condo had not been wiped down very well they were sticky. Other than that we had a great time and our stay was really good

Great Family Vacation

This was our second time staying at Crystal Towers. We love everything about the location, pools, facility..etc. We were a little disappointed with some of the upkeep of the room. Patio furniture is very worn, the comforters and bedding and such seem not as clean and could be replaced. We look forward to coming again though. We love Gulf Shores.

Could have been better but made the best of it.

I enjoyed my time away from home but the quality of things wasn't what I was use to. The second bedroom which was a queen bed was not sturdy and the furniture was mix matched. There was a pair of socks left in the second bedroom on the floor, so that bedroom might not have been valcuumed. Also, they gave you one roll of toilet tissue in each bathroom and it was very thin, so we had to buy toilet tissue. In the master bedroom the armoire looks like it had not been dusted in a while, so we dusted it. If they could clean better and upgrade things it would be better.
