Beautiful vacation home!

Home was very clean and larger than what we truly needed for a family of four with two being teenage girls! We were able to really spread out as a result! There were very minor issues we came across so small I wouldn’t even call them “issues”. No usable grill, as one that appeared in the photos, but we just cooked on the stove instead. It truly felt like our own home and personal beach! The area felt very safe to let the cousins run back and forth between beach homes! 100% recommend this and other homes by Beachball Properties on West Beach Blvd!! We will stay again!

Gulf shores fall trip

Very nice property and location. A lot of lights were burnt out and the electric sockets in the two upstairs baths did not work.

Fabulous beachfront vacation home

Shoreline Breeze lives up to its name! First things first, location location location! It is right on the beach and that was priceless for our trip-- every morning the kids could run down to the beach first thing while we shipped coffee and strolled out behind them, and with the convenience of being right on the beach it was no big deal to come back in for a snack or to use the restroom and pop back out. One morning we even saw dolphins right from our back porch! The house itself was perfect for our two families vacationing together with three kids between us. The large living area, open kitchen and dining areas made it easy to all be together while cooking, playing board games or having a movie night, and the separate living area upstairs was perfect when the little kids wanted to watch something different while the older kid, adults watched downstairs. It was just a great space overall for a truly relaxing beach vacation. Cannot say enough good things, we will definitely be back!

Our family stayed here for our beach wedding. It was big enough for three families and they were very happy and comfortable. Just perfect for the family and the occasion.

Fantastic stay

Absolutely Loved our stay here! The house was beautiful and perfect for our family. Only 2 bowls and 4 plates so plan to bring paper products. We will definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone! Loved, loved, loved this rental.

Great beach getaway

We loved staying at this house. The location is perfect for someone who wanted to get away from the crowds. Easy access to the beach. Simply walk downstairs and go over one dune and you’re at the beach. Amazing views of the ocean from the house. Loved it and the entire gulf shores area. Would love to come back.

Great location and property

We enjoyed this property! Beautiful interior, comfortable and clean. the extra frig was a big plus! A few minor repairs are needed and the living room couch is worn out with springs "sprung" making it difficult to utilize. The beach was stunning! We will be back... thanks.

Love love love Loved it!

Beautiful home this was our first time going to Gulf Shores the beach was beautiful and clean. The home was very spacious and clean. Very modern amenities and loves all the flat screen tvs! With 4 teens it was a life saver. WE enjoyed this home very and we will definitely be returning to Gulf Shores very quiet and peaceful for a relaxing getaway . Beaches not crowded like Destin and all those other places.

Excellent family vacation

Myself, my sister, our husbands and two of our adult children stayed in this property April 14 to April 18, 2022. It was spacious and comfortable for all of us. Beautiful furnishings, excellent location, and plenty of pillows and blankets, towels and as expected. Perfect for this size group, and if there are younger children the property can accommodate several more of them using the bunkbeds that are in two of the bedrooms. If we had any more adults that we would choose a larger property. All in all though I would return here with this group of us because the state was absolutely fabulous!

Awesome views.

Needes a bit of TLC. Countertops are seperating and becoming uneven. Cabinets need to be cleaned and painted. Just some maintenqnce would make this a much more desirable location.

Nice Beach House

House is big and easily accommodated our group of 4 teen boys, my husband and I. The location was great! Close to everything but not an over crowded beach. We loved being directly on the beach. The only negative about the home was the beds were extremely firm. So we didn’t get much sleep. We cooked a few nights but the house had no pot holders. Some of the other reviews I had read mentioned the counter tops having tape on them. The tape is gone but counters were poorly installed which is a shame since they are pretty. That honestly didn’t bug me (since I’m not buying the place). There were also mentions of stained couches. Yes they are stained but again didn’t bother me. You can tell the house is rented often. All and all it met our needs and I would stay again. I’d probably book a longer trip if the beds were more comfortable.

Million dollar view

The property has a million-dollar view... sitting right on the crisp soft sand of Gulf Shores. The views are amazing, the condition of the property is less than desired. The furniture is old and tattered with several pieces have rips in the upholstery. The kitchen island had a terrible repair job with duct tape. Overall, the condition of the property is in neglect and can be seen throughout. The Master bedroom had a broken window that sounded like a haunted house when the wind blew. The housewares were severely worn. The space was great for multiple families to share as I had my parents and a teenager and there was more than enough room for everyone to time away from each other. Everything was rundown, the pictures are accurate, just overall didn’t meet our expectations.

Easter break

We liked the location and can tell the owners have tried to fix up the house some. Pics look nicer than in person. The living room couch was broken and you dropped 12” when you sat down. All the living room furniture is stained and the upholstered dining chairs too. The beds look nice but 2 of them squeak horribly every time you roll over. The master shower was clogged the first shower we took, but maintenance man was very nice and quick to fix. We had a very bad storm the last night and water was heavily coming in both the back deck door and the main front door. We were mainly disappointed that the living furniture was broke and stained since we used that room the most. For 4600.00 a week I’d like to stay in a place equally as nice to my house.

Great potential but…..

Beautiful house. Cute decor. Spacious. Great location Pros - almost private beach without crowds. Views are wonderful. Saw dolphins swim by. House is large enough to accommodate 3 families comfortably. Management is quickly responsive to concerns. Cons: desperately needs interior upkeep. Peeling paint especially in kitchen. Beyond shabby. Master toilet seat looked to be 20 years old with chips. Probably the worst stocked kitchen I have experienced. 8 scratched plastic plates - not sure why a house that holds more than 8 people would have such few plates - and no bowls. Usually houses have a full set of dinner and lunch plates and bowls. Most of the pots and pans should have been replaced 5 years ago- they were unusable. Dishwasher was aged and didn’t clean well Would go back readily if the place is upgraded. At present it is overpriced for the condition it is in.

Nice but could use some TLC

We liked the property as a whole. However, the beds would need updating before we consider staying again. I feel like I have a permanent indent from springs in my back. We had 13 people in our stay and needed to use the pull out beds/couches. They broke and fell apart when we pulled them out. We had to rig them inorder to use them. The master tub would have taken an hour just to fill up to use. Disappointing, but the shower was very nice. The drawers in the main fridge were broken to where you cannot store a lot in it, but thankfully there is a second fridge in the laundry room. Very limited cookware. We cooked often on our stay, and had to make a lot of purchases in order to do so. There was no oven mitts, cake pans, or bowls with lids. With 13 people, there wasn’t any extra towels either. One kitchen towel…so we had to purchase another and some kitchen cloths. The upstairs balcony is leaning, but sturdy. We didn’t go out on it for safety reasons. I was thankful that there was a lot of seating for dining. Two dining tables and stools at the bar. That was handy. The location was really great. After speaking to the neighbors and hearing what they rented their beach house for, I guess we got our moneys worth.
