Wonderful place!

This was probably the nicest place I have ever stayed on the beach. With the four bedrooms and the beautiful open floor plan, it seemed so spacious and comfortable staying there, even with 11 people sleeping there. We all agreed that this is our new “go to” place that we will stay every time we are in Gulf Shores.

Great location! Plenty of room!

We came for the Sand in my Boots festival and we were extremely happy with our condo unit. It was huge and plenty of room for our 11 guests. We especially liked the parking garage situation and being able to park at the same level as our unit. It made packing and unloading the car so easy! We hope the festival returns next year and we will definitely be staying at Phoenix Gulf Shores!

Made for a great family vacation!

Very spacious condo with larger double beds (not common in my previous searches). We were a family group with all age ranges from toddler to grandparents and everyone was able to enjoy themselves and be comfortable. The kitchen was a little lacking with food prep bowls/containers for food storage but we were able to make do and cooked almost every day. The kids were running around barefoot while we unloaded the bags and it became obvious from their feet that the floor was only swept and not actually mopped clean but the rest of the unit was clean. Additionally, I had a booking issue with the company and they were able to correct their mistake and refund me the correct amount without any push back. I appreciated the good customer service. Overall great stay, would recommend.

make sure you know exactly what you are getting for your money! Lies lies lies

The condo was poorly stocked and the staff doesn’t know what is going on! Everyone you talk to tells you a different answer. Everyone in my group was very disappointed. The staff did nothing to accommodate our concerns! Beautiful Condo, horrible dealing with Brett Robinson employees and general staff! I would not rebook at this location!

Overall great experience!

Pros - Great location Beautiful beach decor Huge balcony that gave plenty of space Indoor and outdoor pool Even though it says 4 bedrooms it could easily sleep 10-12 people. Master bed was very comfortable Cons- 2 of the bedrooms get hot and the air doesn’t seem to work well in either of them The main thing we did not like at all is the window treatments!! I would advise the owners to really re think this - when your on vacation you don’t want to wake up at sunrise and with sheer curtains you have no choice (at least we couldn’t) - our family personally couldn’t ever stay at this particular condo again due to this. Let’s say we didn’t sleep well! This may not seem like a biggy to some but to us it was. The spare bedroom beds were very hard and uncomfortable. I get that they are the smaller bedrooms but I think they should have put a little more thought into comfortability. If the window treatments and beds were different we would love to stay again.

We had a wonderful time. The property is well run and very convenient to all we wanted to do.

Very good. The only two suggestions I would have is to speed up your maintenance response. We had a couple of issues that took too long to resolve. Also, the wifi was disappointing with the number of devices we had. Both minor issues. We loved out time with you.
