The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Put the a/c on 78, lock storage building and put key back in the cabinet next to the refrigerator on the nail, place wood rod at the bottom of the sliding glass door.
Bring all dirty bed linens, bath towels and kitchen towels to the laundry room floor. Wash, dry and fold any of our beach towels that you used and place back on the shelf in the laundry room.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Wonderful location for close beach access!

Great location for close access to the beach! Communication with the owners was superb and an added bonus was all the beach chairs, towels, etc. were provided for us. Highly recommend this place!

Great place to stay close to the beach. They have everything you need for a great day on the beach. Close to great restaurants and shopping. We would stay there again. We had a great week.

The location of this property is truly awesome. To be able to walk across the street to the beach and many establishments is fantastic. Owners are kind and responsive and property is clean and cute.

This house is very clean, comfortable and walking distance to the beach and many restaurants. We really appreciated that the unit came with beach chairs, towels, an umbrella and a cart to haul it all down to the beach.

Summer Getaway

We had a wonderful time staying at this property! It is beautifully decorated, is directly across the street from the beach, and the owners provide all of the beach amenities for you … umbrellas, chairs, towels, coolers, etc. and a rolling cart to tote it all. Would highly recommend!
