Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
- Empty all trash to dumpster near front entrance of community. - If used, Wash/dry Guest Beach Towels and colored wash clothes. - Leave used towels on bathroom floor. - Leave used beds unmade.
- Lock exterior and interior door to screened-in porch. - Rinse sand off beach items and return to storage shed. Be sure it is securely locked. - If used, clean grill and grill tools.
- Turn off all lights, leave ceiling fans ON. - Close all curtains and blinds. Adjust thermostat to 76 (Spring/Summer) or 68 (Fall/Winter) - Lock front door by pressing "Lock" button on door keypad.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
