Location location location!! Close enough to night life, restaurants, and shopping and far enough away for peaceful relaxation. One side is the views of the ocean and the other the bay! Best of both worlds! We will be back! Beach access is literally right across the road with a lifeguard on duty!

Super easy check-in. Condo is beautiful with great views of gulf and Little Lagoon. Offers everything you need to feel at home. Loved use of beach cart, chairs, and umbrellas. We had a great stay!

Beautiful view from the balcony! As described, impeccably clean and had everything we needed. Easy access to the beach and the boardwalk. Had to reach out to the owner about parking passes, she was very quick to respond and even had older chairs and umbrella replaced immediately. Can't say enough about our stay! Excellent communication and customer service!

We take a trip every year around the 4th of July and I have to say this is one of the best places I’ve stayed at couple of things I would fix around the condo very mi or things though. Absolutely amazing view from the balcony

The condo was amazing! The view was breathtaking!! It had all the amenities we needed, including a cart for the beach full of supplies! Lots of space for our family of 4 to fit comfortably. Teresa was good at communicating when we needed anything and was quick to remedy any issues that came up. Definitely going to miss our morning coffee on the balcony!! Would definitely stay here again!!

My two teenage girls and I enjoyed our stay here very much! The view was amazing and the condo had plenty of space for us to spread out. We enjoyed the location and the close walk to the beach and made use of the beach chairs and umbrella provided. We also enjoyed the pool and the surrounding area. This was our first time to Gulf Shores and we appreciated the owner's helpful suggestions on places to eat and things to do. We had one minor issue, but the owner addressed it promptly and courteously. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location. Short walk to beach and easy accessibility to fishing. View of the gulf coast was amazing! Nice large living area. Condo could use updating of beds and linens. Over head light in master bedroom was not working and overhead light in half bath was not working. We had a wonderful week.

The view, living room and kitchen were beautiful. My disappointments were the disgusting clogged shower drains in both bathrooms, and the uncomfortable mattress in the master bedroom. Get those taken care of and this place has great potential.

Wasn’t happy with second bedroom, had no chest of drawers to store clothes in. Had to live out of luggage. Has a very noticeable spill under one sofa. Would come back if storage situation was corrected.

My husband and I, our two teenage kids, and each one has a friend. We had an absolutely perfect week. The pictures are what you see. The best view of the Ocean. The walk to the Beach was very short. The back view is is beautiful. The living room space is very generous. The couches are huge. The water pressure in the shower is the best. Little things like that get me for sure. We were all sad to leave. I highly recommend this unit as well as the owner. Very easy to communicate with and she provided valuable info/tips for things to do. Oh and I loved Rouses for groceries. They have a great deli. And friendly staff. Good prices too.

I chose this unit because of its high rating for cleanliness. When we got there, I couldn’t see that there was anything obviously dirty (like showers/toilets), but even if it was clean on the surface, it just felt dirty. The entry door, walls, woodwork, windows, and outside of the sliding door need to be cleaned and/or painted. They are dirty and stained in places, giving the place an unclean feel. The rugs are look very old and dirty (even if vacuumed). What surprised me the most was that the refrigerator door was full of used condiments! The pantry shelves contained used jars of peanut butter and other food. Some people might find that handy, but to me, it was gross. Who wants to walk in to someone else’s half-used bottle of salad dressing? That does not give a fresh feel that’s ready for the next family. It says “still in use by previous family.” Maybe that’s just me being weird, but in 10 years of staying in Gulf Shores, I have never seen that before, and it was an instant turn-off. Most of the towels and sheets were colored, which means when they are washed, there is no bleach used to disinfect them thoroughly. The master bedroom light did not work. I reported it, but it still did not get fixed, and no one let us know what the status was on an attempt to fix it . So we spent the week in a dimly lit room, depending on the lamps and opening the blinds for extra lighting. The night we arrived, after traveling 12.5 hours and a mile walk to Shrimpfest and back, both elevators were broken down. We were forced to walk up the stairs to the 15th floor! A poor little elderly lady had to take the stairs to the top floor and she had recently recovered from a knee replacement! The Sanibel should be more diligent about their elevators. There has been one broken down every time we stay there. Experiencing both being broken down at the same time was a first and extremely annoying. Overall, it was just okay. I’m sorry to say that I doubt if I would stay there again.

The condo was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. Beach chairs and rolling cart, beach umbrella, coolers, sand toys etc. The central air worked GREAT especially with the heat index being SOOOOOOO hot, I think 114! The ice maker on the frig was great. There was a Keurig and a perk coffee maker. Plenty of cooking utensils. The view was AMAZING from the balcony and the daily early morning dolphin sightings were just AWESOME! I did have my groceries delivered via Insta-cart App from Publix and that was nice not to have to hit the grocery store upon arrival. The beach is just beautiful and only a quick hop skip and a jump from the condo. Location was great! The Hangout is a MUST visit for the whole family and is only a mile or two up the road. The highlight of the trip was renting a pontoon boat for our group of 12 and taking it to Pirates Cove for a Bushwacker adult drink and some burgers and fries. We also jumped right off the boat and swam in the shallow clear waters. It was amazing! There were a couple things that were bothersome but not too big of a deal that I would not give 5 stars. I literally got a major head cold the evening I got there. Although I still went to the beach daily and did the tourist stuff etc. there were a few times I just wanted to stay in bed, rest and watch a little TV. That proved a bit challenging. After switching cords to the PROPER hook-up I was able to watch TV but there was a high pitch whistling that would drive anyone bonkers. My boyfriend finally disconnected a speaker wire (yes, there is speaker wires for the TV's) and messed with the audio balance (treble) in the audio menu. It was a bit of a pain and I really think the TV's should be updated to SMART TV's. I couldn't 'cast' anything from my phone. No Netflix or Hulu. We did figure out the living room one but my brother gave up on his bedroom TV. The other issue was the elevator. Only one was working which means we would have to wait for 15-20 minutes at times to get on because there would be a line to use it. One woman told us that she arrived late with her 3 kids and said both elevators were broke and the stairwells were pitch black and they had to go to the 6th floor with all of their luggage. YIKES! Anyway, all was great except for a few minor issues. Definitely a perfect place to stay with close access to the beach and all of the fun activities for adults and families! Very safe neighborhood!
