Beautiful home with spectacular view

Such a beautiful home with all the amenities…with a spectacular view…. right on the beach. Lots of room to spread out. You do need to jump in the car every time you want to visit a restaurant or bar. Nothing is within walking distance If you don’t mind that, this place is perfect

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: So quick to respond and so easy to work with. They checked in several times during our stay and made sure everything was ok. House was so nice and I would highly recommend Bender Realty.

Needs to be cleaned

After we walked in the house, we immediately went to Walmart to purchase some cleaning supplies. Three of us spent over 3 hours mopping the floor and scrubbing the entire first floor. I changed the water halfway through the mopping due to it was just to gross to continue to use. The table, chairs, couch all had to be cleaned before we could bring in our clothes. The upstairs bathroom had soap residue on the ledge and toothpaste down the front of the drawer. We also had to remove the rug under the bed in one of the bedrooms due to the odor. The deck and outside furniture were really nice, and we spent as much time as possible outside. This would be a nice house if it was cleaned. We enjoyed the deck and the beach.
