Great space and comfortable.

The view of the beach/ocean is great! Loved the 3 bedrooms. The bedrooms could use some curtains in addition to the blinds because of how much light comes in during the night from the resort. Over all- a GREAT condo to stay in!!

Family fun

It is a good place to stay the only things that wasn’t good was not enough water pressure in either bathrooms and the sliding doors was horrible to close needs adjusting bad

3rd floor beachfront

Bathrooms were smaller than expected. and 3rd bedroom had little to no light blocking. Blinds were cheap and thin. Front sliding door doesn't open all the way. Master screen door broken upon arrival. Vacasa answered our need for a plumber within the day we put that request in 3rd floor location nice and close to walkway to beach.

Nice quiet place with a great restaurant and bar on-site

I think the condo needs a good to go bottom cleaning. The silverware drawers had food particles in them. Several cabinet doors still had some kind of substance dripped on them. Measuring cups had food particle left in them the floor still had an excessive amount of sand- I had to wash my child's feet after being here for an hour. The condo also smells like someone may have smoked in it. I will say the bathrooms seemed pretty clean as well as the kitchen counters. Overall it's not too bad but it could also be a lot better. One other note, the sliding doors in the bedrooms and living room that lead to the balconies will not lock.

Great 3 bedroom condo on the beach

Room is located in a great spot. We’ve been to the gulf shores plantation a few times and stayed in different condos each time. This room has nice kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. It was perfect for us, however the room was not the cleanest. The floors needed to be mopped- feet turned black from walking around. Also stains on furniture, and shower wasn’t draining good from clogged hair. So it really just needs a good DEEP CLEAN. However the sheets and towels were clean, and beds were comfortable. Some of the plugs were not working.

Great location for families!

This property was fantastic for our family of 4! Great view from the balcony and a very short walk to the beach. We loved that there were pools & tennis courts as I worried the kids might get tired of the beach (they did not!). The beach was not crowded at all which was a concern since we stayed during spring break. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place!

We enjoyed our stay here. The kitchen had all the basics. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. We had a group of 8 and we had plenty of room.

Good family friendly condo

Condo was very nice with cute decor, well equipped with kitchen necessities and a great view of the ocean and resort. We were glad to have the washer and dryer. We enjoyed using the BBQ grills outside. Beach is absolutely amazing. The condo is overall very nice but could use a couple of fresh touches such as additional comfy seating in the family room and - on the balcony to better enjoy the view - Maybe a couple shelves in the bathroom for towels.

Wonderful!

The Plantation is the best! We’ve been coming here since we were children and now we bring our children. It’s very peaceful and the perfect place for a family vacation! Fun for everyone!
