This property is convenient and the staff was pleasant, however it could be cleaner. The bath tub had dirt coming out of the jets and there were areas in the room that you can tell haven’t been cleaned in a while.

Bathroom discusting walls badly stained.grout 9n floor tile not correct for bathroom use and moldy or stained. Dont know where they get the eggs for breakfast. But texture wise ive had better from a canned .m.r.e. Expected more with the Wyndham name. Won't be back

This is the 2nd time I have stayed here visiting my son at college. Comfy, clean rooms, and a good breakfast. My only complaint was my girlfriend being walked in on by housekeeping.

It is just blocks from Western Colorado university. There was bugs all over the bathtub, the desk chair was about to collapse, and the air conditioner sounds like a jet engine. It was around 90 degrees so we needed to run it. When it kicks on it wakes everyone up. Thought we'd do laundry here and found only one washing machine out of 2 working. Started drying clothes and one of the 2 dryers stopped working half way through cycle. Ended up having to take clothes to a local laundry mat to finish clothes at 9pm.

Worst bed I have tried to sleep in-ever! Commented on it the next morning at check out. She asked me if there was a foam topper on bed and I told her there wasn't. She said she would check into it but have not heard back from them at all. We were only there 1 night but our backs hurt for the rest of our trip. Usually stay here once a year for over 20 years to visit friends but will not stay here again.

We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the annual car show and downtown. The sign states the Wingate provides hot breakfast and the weekend hours are 7 to 10 a.m. When my husband and I arrived at the breakfast room the door was open, but there was nothing for breakfast. We called the number at the front desk since the desk was unattended, and were informed that the breakfast lady was sick and did not come in. A hotel with 64 rooms should have a back-up plan in this case. We had to go downtown for breakfast instead of enjoying a quiet breakfast at the hotel.

I have stayed here before. Great location. Property is showing wear. Needs some tender loving maintenance. I have always found the staff efficient and helpful.

This room was fine for our purposes - but it had an old air conditioner unit that sounded like a jet engine taking off all night. There was also a broken tile in the bathroom which we had to step over (it was right by the door) because it would flip up and possibly cut a foot.

Loud air-conditioning which also was covered by the curtains which make it so inefficient. Strobe lighting on the fire alarm on the ceiling. Very gritty and grimy floor. Terrible terrible breakfast

The room was clean but felt dated and could use some updating and repairs. The mattress was cheap and overly springy, which made for a less-than-ideal sleep. When we arrived, the cleaning product smell was so strong we had to air out the room before getting comfortable. Overall, it was fine for a quick overnight, but some improvements to the furnishings and cleaning practices would go a long way in elevating the guest experience.

Chair and sheets in room had stains. Toilet ran all night and room was noisy. Our room was right by the stairs. It was fine for somewhere to sleep but we won't be returning.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The place was a bit run down. The hot tub was kind of dirty. Electrical outlet plates were not properly secured as was the shower knob. Parking was extremely tight.
