“Difficult to communicate with staff when only one member could speak english so had to wait until she was on duty to sort things out. Booking included a full continental breakfast this came down to two slices of toast and a cup of tea. Had a tv in room which did not work until late on day 2 of a 3 day stay. Room had aircon but took 2 days to find out it was controlled from reception so was set at 33 c for 2 days. In the bathroom there was a strong smell of drains also the shower heads were……

“Not recommended. The staff is clueless: 1. They did not find my reservation 2.Why did they take picture of my domuments besides copying them? 3. Could not help me set up the WiFi The room and the equipment is not up to standards: 1. In winter they only put only a small blanket, there is no heating and it got very cold at night. 2. No toilet paper 3. The toilet has stains from ages ago. 4. There were constant electricity cuts”
