“The location is very close to Riva Waterfront. I loved this hotel, although I came here in winter time, the hotel still offered me the five-star accommodation and service to me. I especially loved the free breakfast which I could choose from their list apart from the buffet options. Also, waitress - Adrijana was amiable and professional. Our room was very big (one extra large king bed and one single bed) and the bathroom was huge, but the bath was very narrow. We had a balcony too. We enjoyed the breakfast, there was a good variety of food. When we left too early for breakfast the hotel provided a packaged lunch which was ready and waiting when we left at 6.45 am. Staff was very professional and helpful Only issue we had was the evening after we checked out we received an email from the property stating that we needed to call and pay $25 for food and drinks that were consumed after we checked out. Kinda hard to consume items when you have already left the property. Not sure if it was a scam or someone charged it to a random room but they need a system to verify……
