"It was a good hotel but I would say only the quality of the food would get a 5 star. Cleaning crew didn’t do a superb job, we found hair all over the room after it was cleaned. There were dust and dirt in surfaces like on the coffee table and bathroom sink. Stuff profile is black and white. Some of them were very competent and helpful and some were bored to be there and didn’t want to work at all. Some reception staff was rude a bit, we asked for half an our late check out to pack our bags and said the hotel is full. The check in time is at 3 pm and check out is at 12. They could have cleaned the room more than 5 times in that 3 hour gap to prepare it for the next guest. We were told if we were to arrive at 12 then we also would be waiting for the prev customer to leave the room 😒 What no one says about this hotel is that for some reason almost all of the guests are extremely rude. They will walk on you even if you are carrying a baby. Some will cut the line, some will try to close elevator on you. We really didn’t relax here 100%"

"This was a simply wonderful experience from start to finish. A beautiful hotel, with too many delightful amenities to list them all here. Pools, the Lagoon, beach bar and many restaurants all serving top quality food. The location is perfect for exploring the Roman sites at Side, Perge and of course for the must do visit to Antalya old town. But what made this stay truly outstanding? It was the people, the staff, all of them were so friendly and welcoming. I am actually missing them as I sit and write this. I can’t recommend this hotel enough, it’s so much more than just a hotel, it is a resort. Next year we will be back!"

"The fare for taxi from the airport was covered by the hotel. When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted and escorted to the lobby desk. The staff was friendly and welcoming and after a long flight we really appreciated their assistance and hospitality. The room we stayed in was newly renovated and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was full of perfect choices to start the day and we were very happy with the food and our server made sure we had tea and were satisfied. We walked the grounds and enjoyed the gardens and the pool area looked very inviting. Although we only stayed one night, it was a great way to start our vacation in Antalya."

"My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The food was always fresh and delicious, the stuff is very friendly and nice (especially our cleaning lady). Amenities were good too. We mostly were outside during the day and didn’t attend the night show as the baby was sleeping. However, my sister was staying her family too and she was able to go out and she liked it."
