"Good location and clean room with comfortable beds and bathroom. Hardwood floor definitely is a plus. Big sized room and kept clean. Walking distance to most of tourist sites and train stations. "

"Very cute, well located place. The staff was very useful with the gentleman at the front being very accommodating and kind! He went above and beyond to help us get a taxi and helped with even putting the luggage in the car. All in all we had a pleasant one night stay. It was just very pricey for what you got but a lot of Seoul was booked up because of children’s day."

"I loved all their clientele it was amazing, food was great facilities were very well maintained however rooms were very tight with my large size luggage and lobby located on 11th floor had plenty space to sit but no spot to sit by front on grand floor while waiting for taxi Uh there was no thermostat to rise up temperature. I was able to access to use cooling only, I found it was cold during night time as temperature drops Otherwise I had great experience at the Gracery hotel"

"Check in was smooth and fast. Front desk was nice and professional. I must be getting old because I could hardly hear the girl talk. Anyways, room was nice and clean - had a washer (no dryer but that’s what the drying rack and balcony are there for), stove top, oven (but no microwave), large fridge and freezer (nice) and even a air dresser (to keep your clothes fresh). Had breakfast there daily - good mix of Korean and western - service was good as well. "

"Stayed for 7 nights in one of the residence rooms and the staff and the room were excellent. This was a birthday getaway and the staff left a complimentary cake in the room upon arrival which we appreciated. Kevin was very helpful with providing us with amenities. The cleaning staff were very attentive when making up the room. Would stay here again."

"Their breakfast is good. They offer Western options like pancakes and salads, as well as Korean instant noodles. However, it would be even better if they included more traditional Korean dishes for breakfast."
