"I stayed for 3 nights. The first day I walk into the room, the hygiene is not good. There is dusty and stains all over the TV remote control, which is really dirty.
Also, there are dusts on the bed sheet. I have to use wet napkin to wipe the bed all over before I use the bed.
For the last night, I pressed on “do not disturb” button. But one of the hotel staff just dial my room telephone and ring the phone prolonged. I call back the reception desk and ask why the hotel ring the room telephone while the guest already press on the “do not disturb” button. And there is no emergency. The reception staff replied they didn’t make the call, it should be other department of the hotel staff to make call. And they cannot know which staff made this call. At last, the reason why a staff ring the room telephone is unknown, even after I check out. The answer is still unknown. But I am clearly being disturb by this unknown call without good and concrete reason.
it is a total disturbance to guest.
After check out, i invited a male staff at reception lobby to call a taxi to airport, since i cannot point out exactly location of terminal 1 in uber app. The male staff reacted in an ignore manner and replied that he need to do other works and have to go. Without asking another colleague to follow up.
Not helpful staff, dusty bed/ remote control, and ring the phone to guest without urgent/ emergency. Bad experience "
