"Breakfast was very good, and even included in the price. Staff very nice and efficient. The ONLY niggle for me was the EV parking. This was my first trip away with an EV. Picked this hotel as it had a charger on site. But the fast chargers I couldn’t get to work and the slow chargers (x2) had diesel cars parked in front of them as they had disable badges in their windows. Do those drivers not realise that disabled drivers have EV’s too! The hotel could not do anything. This was not their fault. I liked this hotel, and will probably use it again in the future as it was good value for money and really good location! "

"Only downside with our visit was only 1 of the 3 lifts was working. With it being easter weekend the hotel was very busy and we had to wsit a long time for the 1 lift working "

"The room was clean and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was decent, though the menu could have had more fresh options. The bar had a reasonable selection of drinks. However, the bed was noticeably dented/sagging in the middle, which made sleeping quite uncomfortable. A new mattress or at least better support would make a big difference. Overall the property is fine, but the bed quality needs attention."

"Hotel reception manager was lovely and helpful during our stay. Room was okay, average and clean enough - though it had a smell (possibly from the bathroom) when we entered so we aired the room out. Downside was how thin the walls were / how loud the other guests were on a Saturday night. The noises kept us up from late evening to around 2am."

"The room was very clean, but very tired. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls the lights in the bathroom were flickering loads and took ages to turn on. The bath was very chipped and when you ran the taps the water leaked all across the top of the bath. The bed had lovely bedding but the bed was way too soft and ended up with snacking back in the morning. Room very hot as well."
