「We loved our cabin stay. The cabin was very well equipt and was centrally located, a 15-40min drive to where we wanted to go. The cabin was super warm and the outdoors space was very pretty and no overlooked. The cabin itself was next to a play park area so perfect for family with kids. The cabin had views of the mountains from the kitchen and garden and we were able to watch beautiful sunsets from here. We loved our stay and will definitely re-book. 」

「Great location. Very friendly and welcoming owners. Just a note that the bathroom and toilet are actually separate to the hut, and you need your own towels. We had enjoyable stay with the cosiness of the hut and watching the sheep out of the window. The hut seems to be well insulated, as the nights were cool but the hut remained warm, even without using the little wood burner.」

「There are no shops nearby unless you have a car. Very secluded area perfect for a weekend getaway from laptops! The hosts are very responsive.」

「Great location, though a bit confusing to find the last mile or two (very rural and no signs), and not clear where to park because cabin is behind two closed gates on heavily forested roads. The cabin was very nice and we slept well. Gorgeous spot and convenient to ride the Snowden train. We would stay there again.」

「The view was spectacular, especially as there was a moorland fire opposite one night which glowed for a few hours. The night sky was also spectacular. I haven;t seen so many stars and planets for decades. It was worth visiting for that alone. Very well organised for dogs especially the deck. Lovely and warm and cosy and heating easy to use. Needs instructions for the cooker though, Drive along the road going up the hill at the back of the village if you like remoteness. You really are...

「A lovely cabin in a absolutely stunning location, with access to many nature reserves and beautiful places in the area around the cabin. The cabin itself is a lovely, small cabin in a great location. No issues with the location or the cabin whatsoever and I would definitely recommend it to others, especially for one-two people. Overall I can not fault my stay here and I would definitely come here again in the future.」
