"Misleading advertisement that showed there was a desk in the room (we reserved 4 rooms). We were on a business trip and the three most expensive rooms we booked - which was pictured with a desk - did not have one. No toiletries provided except for soap. And no room cleaning - apparently you had to request it. Reception lady was so unfriendly and cold."

The place has fantastic day light, excellent view over Bratislava, and is very quiet. Very easy to park and clear, detailed instructions for everything. Would highly recommend."
