Staff was the best part. Front desk above and beyond expecially Natalia. The sever male at the mirror bar the best. Well informed about menu and was a fun host. Breakfast clean pleanty of options for food with many local and American favorites. Quick clean service with additional al carte. Would recommend this hotel to all i know.

The location is excellent - most of what we wanted to see was within walking distance and there was even a Christmas Market right in front of the hotel. The room was clean, the bed comfortable enough, and had all the amenities we expected. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast buffet was very good. Would stay here again in the future.

A very good hotel with the best location to explore the city center. Staff was helpful. The rooms are big and very comfortable. They have parking, but it is rather expensive. Overall a very good stay.
