"clean, tidy, comfortable and the room presented same as the photo in website. the location and restaurant not much choice and we need to get taxi to bigger mall for dinner. If hotel can provide shuttle is perfect."
"Staff are polite, friendly and ready to assist customers. The hotel is very clean. No long wait for elevators. Breakfast is decent and up to standard. The hotel is directly connected to Sunway Pyramid Shopping Mall, so shopping and dining is very easy and accessible. You can also visit the Sunway Lagoon theme park via the shopping mall. I have no complaints at all. I give it a 10 out of 10 ."

"all 5 stars standard! only one small thing is the pillows are not ok"
Kelana Jaya
