"I booked this hotel very spontaneously after my trip to Sapa didn’t take place, and I wanted a change instead of extending my stay at the original hotel. The accommodation was super comfortable for me as a solo traveler and had everything I needed. The location was also excellent, with everything within walking distance. What I would especially like to highlight is the incredibly warm and friendly hospitality. Mia welcomed me with open arms and helped me plan my trips to Ha Long Bay and Ninh Binh from A to Z in a very short time, organizing everything for me. Some might say, “Well, that’s normal” - but no, it really isn’t. She checked in with me every day via WhatsApp, asking whether the driver had arrived, if I had made it safely to the hotel, how I liked the trip, and more. Receiving this level of care and service is truly not something to be taken for granted, and I am very grateful to her. For this reason alone, this place comes highly recommended. "

"Many other good hotels in the area, so I don't think I will return to this hotel. Overall, the hotel is nice, in a quiet area which is close enough to the old quarter. Room was big and clean but with a musty smell. Pool and pool area are quite small and the water is cold. Pool menu is limited and overpriced. Did not take the breakfast as it was overpriced while there are alternatives around. "

"Staff went above and beyond- Lily at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Truly made a difference! Enjoyed the rooftop bar and music as well as the massage services. Breakfast was great- they made food to order as well as a nice buffet. Location was exceptional- so much to walk to! Porters were very helpful and held our bags for the day after check out. Highly recommend this place- hope to stay again if I am ever back in Hanoi. "
