“Can’t fault the cruise or the staff who were brilliant.. But if you get up early to marvel at the views of a world UNESCO heritage site your going to be extremely disappointed and annoyed to see a HUGE amount of floating rubbish deposited by boats of all kinds including the boats that brought you there..!! We did see one small boat attempting to clean up some rubbish with a small net with very little impact. Please Vietnam look after your UNESCO site a lot better than you are.”

“非常好的下龙湾行程，越南很热，所以一边吹着空调一边看着下龙湾落日美景真的很享受，如果是一日往返的船只基本都是没空调的，会很热！这艘船整体还是比较新的，刚上船的那餐午饭是几道式的西餐，晚饭和第二天的早饭都是自助餐，很干净，味道做的也好！在船上的两天一晚还参加了两次活动，一次是另外乘小船去个溶洞，还有一次是上岸去更大的一个蝙蝠洞探险，都不用额外付费，很都不错！就算体力不佳也能轻松玩下来，总体来说，这个行程我们三个人都很满意！”

“Les activités assez limitées... Concernant le spa la brochure annonce que tout est inclus dans le prix de la chambre mais ce n’est pas le cas... Seules 15 minutes sont incluses donc pour un massage d’une heure il faut payer 45 minutes soit $45. En ce qui concerne notre réservation pour une State Suite de 50 mètres carrés avec avec un balcon circulaire et 4 baies vitrées 180 degrés nous avons eu une suite différente et inférieure à la prestation achetée! “The whole trip was great experience for a two night package to see Ha Long Bay. The Cruise ship was well appointed and a great base to see the UNECO Heritage site. A few small concerns: the beaches we visited had a lot of rubbish, all boats/ships should invite customers to pick-up the rubbish to help preserve this special environment. Also the ship should have videos and other media which better present the site and environmental goals etc., as this was poring covered by staff.”

“The boat is a mid range cruise nothing fancy but still clean and comfortable. The itinerary itself follows the same as every other boat doing these tours. It’s really only 3 activities in 2 days. The 2nd day is a 30 min kayak and then you spend all morning on the boat and waiting at the dock for the return. If you really want to explore Halong bay I wouldn’t recommend this. Also drinks on board are super expensive! ”
