Great trip. Food was 4 star. Boat is 5 star. Only let down is that the large boat all but sits the whole time. Very little movement. I was expecting 3 days of travel. Internet was only good at the parking spot on board.they should get Starlink to let boat travel more

This was a nice, quiet, comfortable and relaxing cruise. The staff was amazing. We did 3days/2 nights and that was enough to see everything around. I wished we did travel more on the larger boat and not the tenders. The smaller boats were not comfortable and usually hot and crowded. The drinks were affordable but definitely the bar service was on the slower side. I would recommend them renaming some of the drinks as well -we wouldn’t have Ben order some because they were name inappropriately but looked good. Food was plentiful and good. Loved the authentic way things were serviced.

Food was ok but breakfast was terrible. Severely overcooked eggs even st the omelette station. Not much variation to the food and it could have been better. Drinks are very expensive for Vietnam and almost Australian Prices. La Regina doesn’t have a pool and you have to pay 1M to use the jacuzzi for an hour Which is severely overpriced BUT The staff were amazing, Nick and Patrick made the stay well worth it. They get an exceptional rating for service but the boat and the good lack lustre

The great activities and excellent service

This is the best cruise that I have ever taken. When my daughter and I checked in their lobby, we felt their enthusiasm. When we were aboard, they had prepared delicious food for us. Their activities are very funny. I need to show my thanks to their staff, Hao. She is responsible for two major activities on cruise. She explained the information of the activities very clearly. Even if English is not my native language, she can explain to me until I really understanded what she said. During her guide, some tourists were making a lot of noise and interfered with her guide. She can find the solution to make us realize her guide. Her guide for Catban National Park is very rich and clear.

On arrival we were given a free upgrade so we very happy with that. We really enjoyed the cruise, the weather was perfect and the facilities first class. Arrival - the staff were very attentive and helpful and arranged our taxi transfer back for the next day. We paid $100 for a private 7 seater car. Boat - very clean and lovely rooms with great views. Food - fresh tasty food, well prepared and lots of it. it was very much focussed on seafood but had other options. Tours - As expected, kayaking and a cave walk. Both were good and well organised. Staff - Very helpful and attentive. Daisy was very nice and assisted us throughout. Overall it was a great experience and we would definitely recommend this cruise to others.

Le bâteau en lui même est très bien. Le seul point négatif serait le problème de wifi dans les chambres, il marche à la réception mais pas ailleurs. Bon ce n'est pas très important pour une croisière d'une nuit.

Die Übernachtung auf dem Schiff war super. Das Persona stets freundlich und bemüht. Der Besuch der Höhle und der Cave mit Bamboo-Fahrt hat uns sehr gefallen. Man wird mit einem „Speedboot“ (Tenderboot) auf das Hauptschiff gebracht. Die eigentliche Fahrt mit dem Schiff ist dann eher kurz, was aber vor allem auch den Ausflügen geschuldet ist. Nachts ankert man zusammen mit anderen Schiffen. Allem im allem sehr empfehlenswert. Gerne wieder!
