Our comfort room was huge and indeed very comfortable. The bed and pillows were great. The balcony was a nice bonus although it was not private, and with the balcony door open anyone could walk in as the balcony was shared along the whole corridor. The lounge with free tea/coffee was a nice idea but it would be so much better to have a kettle and facilities in the room rather than having to carry hot drinks down a long corridor to the room. Lovely big car park and we had no difficulty charging our car. It’s a good 30 minute walk into the centre of town but it’s a pleasant walk along the canal.

Excellent hotel. Great dining. Navigation led to a blocked street. Unlabeled small turn made it hard to reach the hotel, even though. The building was in site.

Cons: Room needed more table or lamp lighting. I ended up borrowing a lamp from the lobby table. Also could have used dim lighting at the bunk beds. We had the family room with two kids, so when the overhead lights went off, the bunkbed corridor felt very dark and creepy. Consider putting plugs at the bunkbeds for electronics access Room and bathroom trashcans were super small Room temperature felt very warm, could only adjust down to 67 degrees Would have loved for real washcloths in the room vs. the paper ones. Pros: Nice size family room Clean common areas Loved the coffee room Beautiful hotel overall
