"Location was good. Stairs were steep. No maid service. No fan in the room or easily opened windows. No water replacement. The bed and sheets were comfortable. The noise from the street was loud but only until 10 pm or so. Good Beans coffee and pastry was excellent"

"Overpriced hotel. For one night, check in 3:00pm and checkout 8:00am, $900.00 Canadian. Not worth it. If not for our river cruise only picking up from this hotel, we would have stayed at our first hotel we had been in for previous 4 nights at a third of the cost and LOVELY. Had we known, we would have not stayed at Hilton and made our way ourselves to cruise ship departure. Do not recommend at this price! Nothing special here and we travel quite a bit."
