New 4 bedroom home with large private pool, patio, BBQ, games, etc.
Very quiet community surrounded by beautiful lakes, gardens, walkways for the matinal runs with wonderful view. The resort club house has great amenities with Bar&Grill restaurant, water park ($20 fee), arcade, gym. volleyball court, football fields, event center and more.

We had a celebration for my daughters quinceañera at the event center in the neighborhood. The home is beautiful and has everything we needed and of course the location worked out perfect for us. The host is very friendly and communicative.

Wonderful place to stay

The home was as advertised. The neighborhood was nice and felt safe. The neighborhood amenities were great and the bar and grill had something happening just about every night. Very lively! We were here for a graduation and recital. The good news was we did not really have to leave the neighborhood for fun. Everything was pretty much covered. We did go bowling at Incredible Bowling, which was really fun. You should definitely check them out and they are not too far. There was nearby shopping and grocery stores. Everything you needed was very close. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice stay!

We had a great stay—the house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The only downside was the unexpected 50 fee to use the BBQ grill. It would’ve been nice to know about that in advance, as it wasn’t mentioned in the listing. Otherwise, everything was great!

Christmas at Legoland

Best family vacation in a long time. We stayed over Christmas with visits to Legoland. This was my first experience with VRBO and the homeowners made the whole process seamless and enjoyable. The property was spacious and clean in a great location. It is close to anything you could possibly need. I highly recommend and would book again if Iam ever in the area again. If staying in the cooler months, the pool heat is definitely worth the extra cost.

Haines City Vacation

Home is as advertised located in a nice quiet neighborhood. Well equipped, lots of room. The number one thing we look for after a long day is a good rest and the Beds mattress were comfortable, and great bedding and pillows 10 out 10. Pool was nice and warm. Great location off hwy 27 close to all groceries and restaurant's. Mannny's steakhouse while visiting is a must go too the line up outside is worth the wait.

Family Christmas Vacay

Property was amazingly clean, as if no one had ever been there. We came with 6 adults and one child and it was perfect. Everyone had their own on suite bathrooms in the rooms. I loved the Mickey decor. Kitchen was well equipped. Pool area was nice and heat was just right for night swim and everything. I’ve stayed at different Vrbo properties but this one was the best I’ve seen. Property Manager was very efficient with quick responses. I will definitely come back to this property.

Great little getaway

Great location, close to legoland. We loved the house and the pool especially. Great for families and lots of space. It was great that each room had its own bathroom. Would book again. Great communication with owner as well, very accomidating.
