Spacious 4 Bedroom with 3 Bath and Pool located in private gated community of Southern Dunes in Haines City Florida, Backyard & Pool Deck overlooking the 17th hole of one of the top ranked public golf courses in Florida "Southern Dunes Golf & Country club. Spend your mornings and afternoons on our spacious pool deck while in the heat of the afternoons cooling off by taking a refreshing swim, house sleeps 8 comfortably with a large open living & dining room & Kitchen area for lounging and entertaining.
Southern Dunes is very tidy & well groomed community, with all the amenities within minutes from the front security gate, Disney & many Entertainment / Theme Parks are only a 35 minute drive from the community

>Pool Policy: *The pool heater can be turned on for an additional $175 per week plus tax. For best results it is recommended to preorder and have this set up prior to arrival.

Community Details
This villa is located in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club Community, which is an immaculately kept, secure complex, which maintains a 24-hour manned gate, making this a safe place to stay. There are community swimming pools, tennis courts, a gym, library and children's playground for those days when meeting Mickey Mouse is just too much trouble. With a Super-Walmart a minute away plus Dicks and several well-known restaurants just further away, virtually everything is on hand. Golfers will be in heaven on the Southern Dunes award-winning course, simply pay and play (electric buggies included). The Club House serves wonderful family lunch, dinner, and a fabulous Sunday brunch.

Lovely Pad

We were only here for a week, but had no complaints, it's a lovely, quiet, secure location with a pleasant outlook, yet you could still walk to a Walmart. There's a lot of nice, little touches about the place too, things the owner feels would be handy, just like packs of tissues, sun lotion etc. Well, just one issue, we played on the golf course that the villa overlooks and boy, there are a lot of bunkers 😂😂

Great place to stay!

We have vacationed in Haines City/Davenport area every year for the past 14 years. This was one of our favorite houses. The beds are comfortable. Pool was warm and patio was sunny with lots of seating. Our favorite part was the TV on the pool deck for night-time movies. My kids loved the short walk to stores and the tennis courts. There are lots of board games available as well. The owner and property manager are very accessible and helpful when needed. We are looking forward to returning again next year.
